That must have been a wonderful experience! The photos are very nice. I haven't seen anything like that - in Spain they have an amazing carnival in Barcelona (6th January I think) which is giant puppets and colourful and lit up, but I haven't seen anything like that in the Uk before - and certainly not where we live ha ha. I bet it was a great atmosphere.
