Hi.....I noticed you are in Manchester I can recommend a fantastic vet....The Ashleigh based in chorlton. They successfully removed two lump's on Neptune, the first when he was 5 months and the second when he was 1year 10 months. He will be two in March.

They specialise in small animals and exotics.

It is quite difficult to see from the picture but with any abnormality personally I feel it's best getting it checked.
