Well my 1st litter of 2016 is in the making.
Last night at 12AM two lovely LH G2 hamsters lost their purity.
Sire is ERH Hadar a lovely LH BEC Band son of the Late but great lived to be 2 years and 4 months old, ERH Mickey(Satin LH BEC Banded) and The late and still very missed Swiss Miss a SH Chocolate.
The Dam is ST's Chaviva a LH Chocolate Homo Polywhite Daughter of the late and beautiful Abraham(LH Chocolate) and ST's Qalila(SH Chocolate)
This breeding was done to strengthen the good size and amazing calm sweet temperament, to gain Hadar's typey head and body, to Improve Hadar's weak coat length, with Chaviva's almost male length coat, and to gain the Band gene on Chocolate. To discover if Hadar is ee Black or just carries Black, and wither he is Hetero Polywhite or lacks the gene completely, and to see if Chaviva did, or didn't gain her Sires cream gene.
Expected colors are Chocolate,Rust,Black, and if Chaviva has her sires cream gene I can have BEC, and Caramel(Pale eared BEC) All can be with, or without Bands as Hadar is Heterozygous for the band gene. If Hadar is Hetero Polywhite we may see some odd blazed face bands in the bunch.
