as herbi7 said it is actually pretty unusual for a young hamster to be making the cage smell in such a short period of time. They usually hardly wee much at all when young.
Monitor how much your hammy is drinking and how wet her wee corner is. Does she chew the bottle spout by any chance?
Also ensure her house and other toys have good ventilation. Some people are very sensitive to the smell of hamsters and you may be one of those. Can you ask anyone else to check if the cage smells bad to them?
