Harry hamster is fine, it's a good brand. They'll appreciate extras a few times a week, carrots are good, opinion on grapes differs, someone said a week or two ago that the RSPCA recommend avoiding them but other have no problems. Broccolli, spinach, sweet peppers, plain rice or pasta, plain unseasoned chicken, even the very occasional bit of cheese are all things that go down well in my house
