Taming Troubles
I've had my syrian Acorn for about three weeks now. I know he's still kind of new, but for the most part I think he's used to my smell and voice. I've done the toilet paper trick and he pokes his head out sometimes when I come into my room. He usually doesn't get up until I'm asleep, so it makes it hard to tame him. He's pretty sleep if I try to gently wake him up and he'll refuse to leave his little hut. I've tried offering him food but he won't even take it unless it's lettuce or carrots, and even then he won't take it half the time. I'm not really sure how to go about taming him without him running off to hide. Anyone have any advice?
