Hello TriciaB209. If she's not using it at all, you can remove it and re-introduce it to her at a later date. I have 2 big boxes filled with things I bought the hams over time. I thought they'd love them, but since I am not a hamster, I was wrong.
We can buy them the very best, big hamster home out there and hamsters will make us look silly by loving a shoe-box as their favorite place to sleep.
