Default Re: Savic Cambridge ~ Cage Review

Might as well add my review to this thread!
i have my 5 month old male syrian Porridge in a Savic cambridge and over all i love it
heres mine:

I replaced the ramp with the hammock/ladder and since have added a cushy tunnel.
Although porridge tends to just scale the bars anyway!

This is the wheel i have for him, i'm not sure what its called but its the standard 8 inch one you find in most pet shops
I plan to get a wodent wheel soon though as this wheel makes a real racket

My only problems with it are the doors, i would prefer one big door as i find it hard to scoop him up properly so i normally remove the whole top.
(he is a grumpy man and will complain if i come and grab him. Plus i don't feel its comfortable for him anyway.

Then the ramps, what inoying things to remove and replace they are
But its ok i manage just about.

In conclusion, this is a great cage and its nearly always availible on ebay for bargain prices!
So i plan to connect another cambridge so hes even more spolit
