Poor Maddie it sounds as though she's going to be struggling with her food for a while.
It might be better for the vet to sedate her next time so she can do a thorough job without stressing Maddie out too much.
I would try giving her some soft foods if you haven't already, when mine had teeth problems I always provided dry food so he could chew & hopefully keep his teeth down when he could but also gave him soaked mix & porridge or baby food so there was always something he would be able to manage.
ETA I forgot to say about the raisins in her mix, I would just remove those, if she's a hybrid she shouldn't have anything that sweet & being sweet & sticky any bacteria in her mouth or pouches are going to have a field day so that could aggravate the infection she's been getting there.
