Try not to worry too much. The thread showing Cushings had more symptoms than just fur loss. (eg change in skin pigment as well).

If you don't think she has been scratching or rubbing against something, it would be a good idea to have a vet check where they can rule out certain things and give a diagnosis. Maybe just observe her over the next few days. Does she seem healthy enough otherwise?
