we woke up this morning to our little puppy Rizzo sick and she was refusing to eat /: and we didn't know what was wrong until about an hour ago when we noticed her bottom was bloody. she also threw up a little bit of what seemed like gushy saliva. right now we have her isolated from our other dogs in our home in a box lined with a puppy pad and an old sweater. every 30 mins were either giving her Gatorade or some dog electrolytes we brought from the pet shop. I REALLY can't afford to take her to the vet so please try to understand. I've also gave her some amoxicillin suspension we had from last time she got bit by something, isnt it basically antibiotics too? I read somewhere that I shouldn't give amoxicillin, is that true? And do you know of any other things that i can possibly do to help her get better? one of our dogs caught parvo last year and we helped him out of it, so im trying to keep a positive mindset. thanks for any help!
