Oh geez, yeah, thanks Nancy's_Hamsters! I would never want anyone to think I was attacking them over something like this! I save my anger for the pet shops and pet supply manufacturers for continuing to make, sell and promote unsuitable housing.
Hang in there! II would ask around and check your local classifieds for cheap or free tanks. In fact, there are even cheap ways to house fish in the same vein as bin cages. I've got a disabled Betta in a bin right now that has the footprint of a 40 gallon breeder but much shallower.
