Thanks for the review Panda's Mommy! It sounds like the Goran is best for a Syrian and the Kevin better for dwarf hamsters, with the smaller items and smaller bar spacing. They are highly thought of as great cages I think and have that lovely big front door for easy access, which I think is a real bonus.

I wish we could get them in the Uk - we have a good choice of cages here, but not many with a big front door - just the Hamster Heaven and the Savic Mickey 2XL which are about the same size as the Goran - now wouldn't it be nice if they made a 100cm cage with a big front door!

It's interesting you say they come directly from Marchioro US because I was wondering how they were available in the US as Marchioro in Italy no longer seems to make the kevin or the goran when I checked their website.

Love the layout you have and everything matches really nicely! (Shelf, base and CS Wheel!). I'd be careful about having that fleece on top though, and in the tube, someone recently had an issue with their hamster having chewed quite a bit off some fabric that was on the cage bars. It can block their digestive system if they chew it. Cardboard would probably be better if you need to put something on top.
