This has come up a few times before & it can be tricky, a hamster wouldn't really miss out too much if you didn't feed nuts but they do need a good mix of various seeds if not nuts & the complete nuggets are Ok but not really as their sole food, they need variety.
It also depends just how allergic your son is, just about all hamster food will be packed or mixed in an environment where there will most likely be nuts & some possible cross contamination from nuts, I can't see any ingredients listed for those nuggets on the P@H website so I have no idea what's in them or whether the protein, fat, fibre content would be suitable or not.
