I've been hearing this a lot lately P&H recommending kiwi but it does seem to be a new thing so I can't help wondering where they got the idea from!
I'm sure a small piece now & then won't hurt but it's not something I'd like to give too often, mine don't even like it so I don't have to worry about it!
Mine do all love their cucumber though & have a small piece almost every day.
