Not sure if this has been mentioned before but it is possible that your hamster has cage aggression, which means that she is very protective of her cage. Try to encourage her to get into her ball or a box and transfer her to a neutral area, such as the bathtab or the playpen and continue taming her there. She might be less aggressive there.
