I did a review on the HH when I got mine and I found a lot of the same issues! I found the wheel too small though so I had to buy an 11 inch Wodent wheel. I gave the one that came with the HH to a friend for her chinese though.

The tubes might be too small for a breeder ham, both my pet shop hams have been okay but I'm noticing it's a bit of a squeeze for Cc these days!

Cleaning it has actually been okay, since it's so big I generally don't clean the entire thing v often, I remove at most a third of the substrate and the plastic shelves just get wiped down and the corners of the base get a quick wipe too. Neither of the cages inhabitants have peed or nested in the tubes so they just get a quick rinse too. Tbh I dump all that needs cleaned in the bath, spray it with some pet safe cleaning stuff and rinse it all after 5-10 minutes then dry it off with a towel after another 10. I like that it all comes apart.
