Personally (and i don't think everyone will agree) i think ideally hamsters should be handled regularly.
I also think that if hamsters are handled or not handled in a certain way from the very beginning and that is what they are used to, i dont think they will miss being handled if they havent tried it.
The only problem i can really see is that if you ever need the vet... shes going to be a monster to handle
