yeah, I really wanted to take Toby home with me, the Petsmart in my town rarely has hamsters of his species... so I had to snag him up!... but didn't have the cash on me for the cage he has now, so he got that for like, 12 bucks or so until I saved a couple of weeks and got him his current cage and some other things. I do wish I had a bigger cage but here in America that's difficult, and really expensive. I have built him a really fancy playground and playpen though, I'll be editing the video of that this weekend.
Luckily we now also have a Petco that opened about a month ago... and they've got a larger selection of hamster items
