Thirty minutes isn't long at all, a good travel cage with plenty of substrate to burrow down into, maybe a piece of cucumber is you don't have a water bottle in there & maybe scatter a little food into the substrate to distract your new baby a bit, that's all you need really.
I wouldn't cover it with a blanket, I don't think it's necessary & it'll impede ventilation.
