Without seeing her myself, I don't know, it could be any number of things: a cut, an infection, a burst abcess or cyst. Pyometra is the most common uterine problem in Syrians, but is very very rare in dwarfs, and isn't usually bloody.

Is there any chance at all that she is pregnant?
