When I took my hamster Delilah out today from her cage I found a decently sized patch of hair GONE from around her cheek area.
I had seen what looked like a really small patch about 2 days ago (same area) but didn't think much about it as I thought it was just her hair blown in a funny way (she has a naturally thin coat)
Anyway it has a scab in the middle of the round patch (and I mean ROUND it is almost a perfect oval) Does anyone think this could be ringworm? any other ideas? can a hamster loose hair just from hurting themselves because obviously there is a scab.
please any responses! my last hammy had Cushings Decease so I'm really freaking out
