There is no way to stop her from moving. This is a hamster who needs help as soon as you can get her to a vet. She needs to be put to sleep. There is nothing else a vet can do for her. It is more than likely that she hurt herself in a fall. If you have an animal hospital or an ASPCA in your area they can put her to sleep. This has to be really awful for you. I am so very sorry
