ok sounds like you have done all you can then realy. i have the imac cage. is it the imac fantasy you have with an extention? if so then your ham has plenty of space. does he use the wheel?? that takes up a lot of hammy time. maybe try putting him in a different room so he doesnt drive you bonkers as he is happy chewing. only thing i can think of to stop him is to change cage to a tank with a top that he cant reach. not very practical if you already have a good cage with plenty of space. i know so many people who have had noisy hams keeping them awake and bar chewing. i used to have to put mine in the bath overnight just so i could sleep! (in the cage!) x x
