Lots of really useful tips on here, especially the one about sitting in an empty bath with your ham. I did this twice last week & it has made a massive difference to the trust humfry now shows. He quickly let me gently stroke his back when he was hunched up in his food bowl at first. Just a light touch with my finger. It does feel like you'll never have a tame ham but you will!
Sometimes a name comes to you quickly, sometimes you have to wait for inspiration. Think of favourite characters from books or TV etc

o: 3 weeks? I read that it's harder to tame older Hamsters. But for now, how do I do the bathtub thing when I can't carry him? He'd run and I'd have to chase him.
