Go to User CP (up in the very top left corner of your computer screen).
On the left hand side there is a list of options underneath the title "Your Control Panel"
Go down to "Settings and Options" and then to "edit Signature"
The page will have different options, if you scroll down you can choose to upload a image direct from your computer or copy a link from another site such as photobucket.
