That mix looks okay and you can add millet to it. His fur does look a little sparse which may indicate the way he was living, so hopefully that will improve with better care and diet.

The meshed wheel isn`t ideal. I would try and get hold of a regular (6.5") silent spinner for him as it`s a solid running surface. Or other similar wheel. Otherwise, your doing fine. x
