So, in the morning I usually let Jinx outta his cage, give him a quick cuddle as he's quite cuddly in the mornings, and give him a runaround in the room his cage is in. He's pretty awake by then, so I hold him for a little while, then pop him back in his cage to go get breakfast. But he's always desperate to stay out of it, and instinctively crawls from my hands up my arms so I can't put him down in the cage, and generally tries to cling to me. When I finally manage to get him in, he climbs the front bars and presses his little face at me, so it's really hard t just ignore him and leave the room. I sometimes get him out again when he does this, hoping he'll burn off his energy and calm down, but it's usually no different, he's still hyper and energetic when I put him back in there. Is he just hyper friendly, attached to me, wants to explore the room, hates his cage, what? Should I not get him out in the mornings, does it unsettle his sleep pattern or something?
