I'd agree that it's a good cage for Dwarfies - one of the things I like about this cage is that it has two wheel 'ports' so it's great for Robo's etc as they can have a wheel each without them taking up too much room.
Personally; I prefer more room than this cage offers though for any hamster but my sisters's two Robo's do seem quite happy in it.
I wouldn't use this for a Syrian as I really don't think it's long enough and there are plenty of roomier cages available for them that I feel are more suitable. :P
