I'd agree with synyx that she has had a bit of a fright after the fall and is hesitant in case it happens again. It was not a big fall and they are quite resilient usually. I'd keep her quiet and maybe offer a tasty treat to distract her and monitor how she does. Any sign of anything amiss and you can see the vet in the morning but hopefully she will be back to normal by then
