You may try putting a little sand box into her cage. My Syrian, tripod, always pees in her sand box as did my late dwarf Romy ( though he bathed in it also) so yours may develop the habit too. However my new baby dwarf Rosie prefers to sleep in it for some reason even though she has got a bed with loads of bedding. I use unprinted paper sheets for the bottom of my cage, much cheaper and easy to clean. I just put the house and bedding one side and change the paper then but it back in again. I personally find unprinted paper cheaper, cleaner and unlike other beddings cannot cause resperitory problems.
