I find that both male and female robos are very similar. even if there was a difference between the sexs they have so many different individual personalities it's really hard to tell what you will get! some will run really fast and others will sit still for ages without taming, I've found this with both sexs. Robo personalities hardly ever change (apart from with hard taming they will become tamer but thats it).

if you really want to get male robos I would wait, though I'm sure with female robos you will still get attached to them. It's up to you.
