[Scrubby]

Hey,
So I got my little Scrubby from a different family who didn't want her anymore and she came to me in quite a bad condition, overgrown teeth, skinny, bald patches and very long nails.
Now I have solved the teeth problem buy buying her toys and blocks for her to grind them down (which she has), she loves eating and is lovely and chubby now, the bald patches went by themselves after a few weeks so I can only assume they was due to stress, the only problem I have is her nails.
When I get her out her cage, she never wants to stop for cuddles or a rest, she is constantly running around and moving so cutting her nails that way isn't a possibility. I've tried filing down her nails but again, it's just so much hassle with her constantly running and moving round.
I am going to try chinchilla sand to file them down but i'm not sure how well it will work as her nails are quite a lot longer than usual.

Any advice would be appreciated.
