Oh Hetty, I'm so sorry this is happening and you are so upset. That vet is a total jerk...no lie. You must report him. We pay for their services, it's sure not for free. How unkind and downright mean of him. If he doesn't want to work with exotics, fine. Just refer people out. I wouldn't want any animal of mine near him.
