She doesn`t look good at all and I agree with soufflé, she really needs to see a vet as soon as possible at the expense of any babies sadly.
There are conditions hamsters can suffer from that would cause her face and eyes to go like this and any vet you see will need to be good with small animals and not just cats and dogs.
If I can find any further information for you in regards to what this could be, I will post later on. In the meantime, she needs care. Make sure she can eat and drink and is left alone to rest until you can see a vet. But I would get to a vet today or tomorrow. x
