Hi there everyone, I'd like to introduce Dr.Evil!
He is an argente campbell and is thought to be about 12 months old. He was given to me three days ago with another hamster by a lady who could no longer cope with them as she has three young children. The other hamsters thread will be in the Winter White section under Blob's thread....Dr.evil and Blob....I like to name my animals 'unique' names
I named this little guy Dr.Evil because of his angry, evil looking 'eyebrows'
not because he is evil! He is very sweet and friendly even though Ive only had him for three days, I held him for the first time today for a few minuets and he was just lovely, no biting or nibbling!
It is a miracle that these two guys are alive or not missing parts because the lady who gave them to me told me that they used to be kept together in the same cage!! A Campbell and a Winter White in the same cage!!
She said she split them up after a while because they started scrapping! I just couldn't believe that two different species had been kept in the same cage and hadn't killed each other straight away!

I can't wait to move these poor guys into bigger cages! I felt so sorry for them living in these tiny cages for so long
