I know this now... When we got the hamsters and decided to breed them, we didn't know about a lot of the issues that could arise. After seeing them mate, I learned about some of the potential issues such as the toothless/eyeless whites among other things which made me nervous. If I knew then what I know now, we probably wouldn't have bred them. We rushed into the idea prematurely.
That being said, I have been researching a ton ever since and feel prepared for what is happening. All of the babies look to be growing properly and they're quite cute.
I can't wait to hold them and show them off! haha Now that the babies are here and we're approaching Day 9, I realize I'm very fortunate in how this experience is turning out. I am glad I've had this opportunity to watch these little pups grow! It's very fascinating.
