They don't have any levels on their tank, but I don't think Charlotte can climb anymore. They have a snak shak log they both love to climb all over, but I've only seen Scarlett climb all over it recently. So it is very possible she can't climb anymore. But yeah, I'm leaning more toward just removing the Silent Spinner and keeping the Flying Saucer in. I'm going to clean their tank today and just not put the Silent Spinner back in.

Separating would most likely be a bad idea as Charlotte might not take well to it, as I said in the first post. Separating is the simplest solution, I do understand. I still have a bin cage empty that I could use, but I think Charlotte would just be so stressed out. And if she stresses out too much, it could mean very bad news.
