another 2 options are :-
1. Get a hanging water bottle and just hang it from the bars on the top of the cage.
2. Drill 2 tiny holes in the top of the plastic above the water bottle hole. Then take a hanging water bottle and pass the wire through the tiny holes and the water bottle. There should be enough movement to take the bottle out to fill up without undoing the wire.
