I just want to say how much I love this site!!! I only joined a couple of days ago, and to be perfectly honest I had no idea that it existed. I am the very proud owner of Wolverine, who is a sable coloured Syrian. He's 10 months old. I love him to pieces! I decided to get him when I moved to my live in job with the YHA. I've always had pets and living on my own without a pet seemed stupid. So when I was at P@H Carlisle, I saw him snuggled up to a couple of other nest buddies and fell in love at first sight! He is so lively and loving, I had him tame within two weeks. I can pick him up and sit him on my shoulder and he'll just stay there. He loves my hair for some reason too! My older sister also has a Syrian who'll be about 2 now, he's called Lemony Snicket.
Wolverine lives in the Rotastak Adventure Zone. Before that he had a ferplast duna thing which was useless. But I'm starting to regret buying him the RAZ because the wheel is too small, and I can't fit much in the cage. Fair enough it has all of the tubes and what not.
So.... I think in a couple of months when I can afford it, I'll treat him to a brand new cage, one that will be much better and I can fit things in.
Being on this website and reading most of the posts has really really helped and inspired me! It's brilliant! You guys are so helpful and I just want to say thank you!

I'm also considering getting another Syrian or maybe some dwarf hammies in the near future
