Maybe you could put a backup bowl of water in as well as the bottle. Also get two paper clips and hook them on to the bars near the spour of the bottle then thread an elastc band through them both and wind round the bottle so it holds the spout tight against the bars. She should have difficulty pushing it out then. She may decide to chew it though instead.
If she persists I would use a small pottery bowl for a few weeks then try the bottle back again. She may have forgotten about it by then. She sure is a minx is Lilbear
