Wow! Two excellent and thoughtful responses, thanks to both of you for taking your time to put these together. I was hoping that it was just not marketing hype, but I wanted to get the opinions of others for this very reason.

For now I will have to pursue the veggie route like racing suggested.

Does anyone know of any other "formulated" dietary supplements out there being used with success?

SammyJo... I just discovered The Big Bang Theory recently, that show is solid gold!
