Hi, I feed my boys between 6 and 7pm. Like Vectis, I don't feed them every night because they just eat the yummy bits and leave the rest. A couple of times a week they get a few meal worms in their food pots and every 3 or 4 weeks I put in one of those nutty bar things in the cages (Rango, my Chinese, has one that contains carrot and herbs as I've heard they are more prone to diabetes so a honey fruit stick isn't ideal!!). It usually takes them over a week to get through that. They both have a millet spray and Igor (my robo) has a corn on the cob that he loves to gnaw on. I have just started giving them baby banana porridge once a week. It's had mixed results so far. Igor ignored his the first week, whilst Rango licked his bowl clean and then last week, Igor gave it a try and Rango didn't seem bothered!!! I don't have a schedule but just check what's available to them each night and decide then if I need to add anything.
