Ronnie is my long haired Syrian and he is now 1 years and 2 months and I returned from my boyfriends monday (my mum keeps an eye on them when I am not there. He seemed fine saturdat and he was suddenly really skinny it's not noticeable unless you pick him up because he has so much fur. He also has a very dirty bum, his poo isn't really runny just sort of sticky and a bit soft he is also a bit weaker and clumsy so I moved some toys out of his cage so he doesn't hurt himself. I also cleaned his bum and gave him more bedding to keep him warm. He is drinking and eating a small amount. I just don't know what to do. I am planning on getting my boyfriend to take me to the vets when I can get an appointment. I just need stuff
To do in the meantime. I don't want to lose him. I feel terribly guilty he has got in this state.I feel like a terrible hamster mummy.
I stayed up with him all night to ensure he stayed hydrated.
