We feed the syrians harry hamster (currently mixed with tesco peanut and sunflower mix). Same goes for two hybrids. The other hybrids are on Silvers basic dwarf mix, while the robos are on the basic mix with flaked pea.

Then we feed every day or two. When depends on how much is in the food bowl and the store. If the food bowl is fairly full we leave that ham unfed for the day. If the store is exceptionally full we'll leave the ham for the day. If the store isn't too huge and the food bowl is relatively empty then we feed them - 1 teaspoon for dwarf hamsters, 1 tablespoon for syrians.

Then we give carrot, broccoli, apple and cucumber as occasional treats.
