Oh how awful, people can be so nasty and hurtful. I wouldn't take it to heart especially ad you've had lots of positive comments. Just don't volunteer to sing for her again. Does make it awkward though as you will need to keep in with her for the sake of the venue, just think of the kids and the good work you're doing when you see her. Take care.
