1. get a sheet of a4 paper and a toilet roll tube (x1)

2 put the tube in the middle of the paper

3 wrap (1) side like a xmas cracker

4 enter food/treats etc in the tubes

5. wrap the other end of the paper

And wala, a homemade hours of fun toy!
