Just a cheapy bridge camera - Lumix FZ38. Its a good camera like a point and shoot with DSLR qualities but its not really for me. Ive had it for about a year and now I am getting the Nikon D7000 for my profesional work
But yeah I think its £200 the Lumix? If you have a DSLR then just increase the shutter speed and use the on camera flash (or an off camera flash if you have one) and they will be pin sharp and perfectly stilll on their wheel and when running.
If you have a point and shoot camera a lot of them have sports modes I believe and that should work almost as well.
