I am so glad to hear he has a forever home with you in a safe and loving enviroment. I would say he is hybrid myself as the face shape is quite mixed as is the colour. I have heard of this neurological problem with the head tilt and constant movements. As lond as he is thriving and doing well I think he has never known anything different and will accept it.
