She's probably fine
Gloria always went through phases with sleeping positions, but in warmer weather instead of building herself a nest and curling in a ball, she'd build herself a curvy area with a mound to put her chin on top of! It was cute to watch her sprawled out and uncovered
I think we all worry a bit too much sometimes. I remember when Gloria would even fall asleep with her face up against my fingers when I held her, like nose and buck teeth pushed up against me firmly, that made me a bit nervous though because I worried she wouldn't be able to breathe well.
